Ambience, hospitality, staff, price and the location. Rooms and lobbies are very well clean and aromatic. Rooftop pool and bar with a great view of the city. I must say it's the best deal to stay in a 5-star with the prices they are offering.

The visit in the Fern was really great! The staff is very nice. There were some electricity issues in the room which were fixed directly. The roof top is great. The room had everything needed

Breakfast was excellent and at the level of 5 Star Hotels. The best part is we got Tea not like 5 star (English Tea with a Deep tea bag) but the Indian Masala CHAI! Location is superb and very near to Airport.
